Wilson Tool now offer 3 ranges of tooling for thick turret machines, all designed for quick set-up in “lean manufacturing” sheet metal companies:

  • Wilson High Performance (HP) Tooling is Wilson Tool’s premium tooling system for thick turret machines. With push button length adjustment and quick-release stripper plate retention, HP tooling is designed to be the fastest and easiest tooling system in the market to set-up. HP punches also give extended tool life.
  • Wilson Standard Thick Turret Tooling has the push button tool length adjustment of the HP holder but with standard stripper retention. The large station Wilson Standard punch holders also accept HP style punches for extended tool life.
  • Wilson Tool Replacement Amada tooling gives you the quick set-up of the Wilson Standard range, but accepts Amada old-style punches.
