You can use this area to place an order or make an enquiry.
Placing an order
To place an order simply fill in all the fields that you can and click on the “Place order now” button. Our Salesdesk staff will then process your order and if they need any further information to complete it correctly they will contact you. Once they have all the necessary information they will send you a confirmation showing all the details of your order including the prices and your tools will be made. Most standard tools ordered before 11am (UK time), will be shipped on the same day.
Making an enquiry
To make an enquiry just fill in all the fields as you would for an order and click on the “Send enquiry now” button. As with an order the Saledesk staff will deal with your enquiry as quickly as possible and will either send you a quotation or contact you for more information. Any quotation can be converted to an order at any time by simply contacting us and advising us of the quotation number. It will then be processed as an order and you will be sent a confirmation as above.
